1. DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT
To secure your reservation, a deposit of 50 % of the charter fee is required within seven days of booking. Final payment is required one month before arrival. All reservations are subject to cancellation if payments are not received by the due date.

2. LARGER GROUPS
It can be done, either by chartering a bigger boat, or by taking a second boat and sailing together. Please enquire with any queries, or to discuss your particular requirements & availability.
3. PERSONAL DATA
We will need the full name (as it appears in your passport), date of birth, nationality, identity card (for EU citizens) or passport (for non-EU citizens) numbers for all guests to enable us to complete an official crew list. An official Italian boat charter contract will be sent to you upon booking – which you will need to sign and send back to us – in order to be fully compliant with Italian legislation and bureaucracy.
4. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
If you need to cancel your holiday we will endeavour to sell it on for you and, if successful, a full refund will be made, less any costs incurred. Cancellation must be made in writing to be effective and will be calculated from the date notification is received. We will accept substitution/s of members of the party.
We reserve the right to claim cancellation charges calculated on the following rate:
More than 1 month prior to the first day of your holiday – 50% of full fee
Less than 1 month prior to the first day of your holiday – 20% of full fee
Less than 2 weeks prior to the first day of your holiday – No Refund
Refunds will normally be made to the booking party. We can only be responsible for refunding amounts actually received. No refunds will be made to passengers who do not board the boat or passengers who cancel after the start of the cruise.
NB: If you hold a travel insurance you may be able to get the total amount of the refund back. Just check this option is comprised in case you buy a travel insurance. We recommend the purchase of a travel insurance.
5. BOAT SUBSTITUTION
We may operate the cruise program with another boat as long as this boat is of the same or higher standard. Passengers offered a suitable alternative cruise program or boat are not entitled to any refund.
6. CRUISE INTERRUPTION
During the cruise should the boat sustain any breakdown in machinery, or be disabled by fire, grounding or collision disrupting the cruise itinerary for more than 48 hours, and if no substitute boat or arrangement is offered, passengers will be entitled to a refund proportional to the cruise days not operated. No further claims will be accepted.
We are responsible for making all the arrangements for everything specified in WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.
Our liability and responsibility does not extend beyond the boat; any arrangements made by or for passengers either before boarding or when disembarking are at the passenger’s own risk. We do not own or control any ground transportation or hotels. As a convenience to our passengers, We may sell tickets for land excursions or arrange other services which are operated by independent contractors, but shall not be responsible in any way whatsoever for any damage, loss, injury or death arising.
Nevertheless, all of the service provided in the boat bears our guarantee and responsibility for quality service, which we provide to all of our customers with.
All boats are under fully comprehensive and third party insurances. The insurance covers even the medical expenses in case of injury on board during the cruise and the cost of personal belongings in case of accidents that may occur while at sea. However, the insurance does not cover the accidents or injuries etc. that may occur beyond the boat, thus we do advise you to have your own personal travel, health, accident, cancellation, luggage and trip-interruption insurance.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
We do not accept liability for any loss, damage or expense resulting from:
– airport regulations and closure, unforeseen alterations to public transport schedules, rescheduling of aircrafts, boats or other public means of transport;
– weather conditions, fire, flood, drought;
– war or terrorist activities, threatened or actual, civil unrest, industrial action;
– any type of transportation means or any other event outside our control which either delays or extends the holiday arrangements.
We do not accept any responsibility for any client who contravenes any law or regulation of any of the countries visited while on the tour.
